At the end-of-term Faculty Council meeting Ian Spooner was awarded the Faculty of Science Teaching Award.

Dr. Nelson O'Driscoll and other members of the CARE labs presented posters at the annual SETAC conference in Helsinki.

Recent graduate student, Gabriel Santos, was announced as the 2019 Recipient of the Léopold Gélinas Silver Medal.
