Program:

Thursday 28th October:

3.00 p.m. - 7.00 p.m. Registration (Old Orchard Inn foyer)

7.00 p.m. - midnight Challenge Bowl and Barn Dance at the Old Orchard Inn (name tag, ID and AUGC shirt required)

Friday 29th October:

8.30 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. Field trips

6.00 p.m. - Ghost walk around Wolfville: tickets included in registration, assembly at the Irving Clock Park (across from the Baptist Church and the Library Pub). Name tag required.

Saturday 30th October:

8.00 a.m. - 9.00 a.m. - Presidents' meeting at the KC Irving Centre on Acadia Campus - AUGC Executive Meeting (each club to provide up to three delegates). The constitution will be reviewed at this meeting.

9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. - Student presentations (see program) in the KC Irving Centre on Acadia Campus (with break for lunch)

6.00 p.m. - 10.00 p.m. - Banquet Dinner with awards presentation and guest speaker at the Old Orchard Inn

Sunday 31st October:

11.00 a.m. - Hotel checkout

Registration and photo release forms should already be completed and sent to AUGC 2010. Student presenters at AUGC must be currently registered undergraduate students who have not yet graduated.
