Jesse Demaries-Smith, Cameron Greaves, and Keaton Markham will represent Acadia at SIFT and S-IMEW
Congratulations to Jesse Demaries Smith and Cameron Greaves for their successful SIFT (Student Industry Field Trip) applications. They will represent Acadia University as 2 of 24 undergraduate students on a two-week-long trip, starting in Calgary. This trip includes lectures, workshops, core sessions, field trips and a real-life exploration game.
Congratulations to Keaton Markham for his successful S-IMEW (Student-Industry Mineral Exploration Workshop) application. Keaton will represent Acadia University as 1 of 26 undergraduate students on a two-week-long trip in Sudbury. This trip includes practical mineral exploration techniques, field skills, core logging, geological mapping and networking.
