Rachel Clarke defends thesis for MSc (Environmental Science)

Congratulations to Rachel Clarke on the successful defense of her thesis entitled “ MERCURY PHOTOCHEMISTRY AND SPECIATION IN THE JIJUKTU’KWEJK (CORNWALLIS RIVER) ESTUARY OF THE MINAS BASIN, NOVA SCOTIA” at Acadia November 18, 2021. Many thanks to external examiner Dr. Marc Butel (University of California; Env Engineering), Internal examiner Dr. Mark Mallory (Biology), Chair Dr. John Murimboh (Chemistry), and Dr. Rob Raeside (EES) who were in attendance (and virtual) to ask a variety of multidisciplinary questions.  Co-supervisors Dr. Nelson O’Driscoll and Dr. Sarah Klapstein are looking forward to working on the resulting publications.
