Tim Webster receives Discovery Centre Public Impact Award
Congratulations to Dr. Tim Webster, who received the 2022 Discovery Centre Public Impact Award at the Awards Gala in November, for his research in Geomatics. Tim is a research scientist in Geomatics at the Nova Scotia Community College's Centre of Geographic Sciences at Lawrencetown and Middleton, and is a graduate of the MSc program in Geology at Acadia. He received his PhD from Dalhousie University and is now an adjunct professor in the Department of Earth and Environmental Science at Acadia.
Tim is well known for his research on changing coastal geography and Lidar monitoring of environmental change.
