Earth Ring Ceremony 2023
Congratulations to Imran bin Iqbal, Cameron Greaves, Jake Edwards, Jessica Beckwith, Monet Streit, Amanda Smith, Zoé Mathurin, Mitch Maracle, and Lucas Matos on becoming Nova Scotian Geoscientists in Training. These nine students, accompanied by Dr. Cliff Stanley, travelled to Halifax on Thursday April 6 and received their Earth Rings.
Highlights of the day included a piece of Gondwana, delicious fruit salad, and a lot of reading (i.e., chanting).
