Awards Information For Conference Hosts

Guidelines For AUGC Student Paper Awards

This page is a summary of the judging guidelines.  The judging form and this page should be distributed to the various geology clubs and to the judges early in September.

In the interest of advancing the education of the students, it is recommended that the completed evaluation forms be distributed to the student speakers after the sessions, provided that all judges are in agreement with this policy.  This can be done informally at the banquet.
