·        Leaves are opposite broad and elliptic tapering at base to a short petiole

·        Margins of leaves are serrated

·        Flowers are bluish purple and arranged on spike-like racemes

 

 

Habitat:

 

·        Roadsides

·        Weed of cultivated fields

·        Rich shaded places
