·        Has many runners and forms large patches

·        Leaves basal and lance-shaped widest at apex

·        Leaves have white hairs on lower surface

·        Flowers are yellow and solitary

·        Short black hairs cover the stem and edges of flower head

·        Bare slopes

·        Over grazed pastures

·        Lawns

·        Roadsides

 

 

Distribution:

 

·        Common in cow pasture

·        Common along driveway
